NEW Visible Image Design Team Member!

Hello and welcome!

Hope you have had a fabulous weekend,

it's been gorgeous sunshine and blue skies here in

South Wales today.....loving it!

Well if you follow our blog you will know that we have been adding

to our Design Team over the past few days,

and we have welcomed Karen Clare and Claire England

to the Visible Image Team!

Today we are very excited to announce that we have

another NEW teamie...

Hello and welcome Samantha K

I am a happily married mum to two gorgeous girls, one 18 years, the other 20 months old! I work part time for an international transport company and craft in any spare time I get (generally late at night when everyone is in bed..hehe)

I love trying out new techniques and although still relatively new to the crafty world, I am loving every bit of it. My favourite things at the moment are colouring and stamping!

If I can, I like to make everything I use on a creation from scratch. I am learning new crafty bits everyday and love it when my creations inspire others or encourage others try something new. I love animals, have quite a few pets and live in England, UK

NEW Design Team Member @ Visible Image

We are thrilled to announce that we have another

Here's a little bit about Claire...

Claire England

Hi all, my name is Claire and a sell confessed crafter, mother to Ben and wife to Anthony, who is a shop Designer - as my husband would say clearly in that order (Crafter/Mother/Wife).

I have been crafting since I could walk, and as a teenager earned my pocket money by selling my craft at local craft fairs. I have been in the care profession for most of my career, mainly as an Arts and Crafts practitioner (Teacher) which meant that I could indulge in my passion whilst being paid for it and help others to learn and enjoy as well.

As I am now in mainly Management roles, I have had to curtail my crafting to my home where my fantastic husband (clearly helping me write this) has converted the spare bedroom into my craft-room where I can indulge my passion. I enjoy most crafts but prefer paper crafts, card making, stamping, in fact anything and everything.

I have also been drafted in to help my wonderful husband to help landscape his model train layout (which fills the whole attic) and have the role of Assistant in charge of anything Anthony says. You can look at the progress at www.pinterest.com/claireengland2/

NEW Visible Image Design Team Member

We are very excited to announce that Karen Clare has joined our Design Team!

Here's a little bit about Karen...

Karen Clare

I’m Karen also known as “The Clock Lady” the reason being about 3 years ago I saw some CD clocks that had been made at a craft workshop and I thought what a fab idea! I decided to have a go myself and thoroughly enjoyed making them, the interest in them and my craft work grew and grew along with my ideas and inspiration and the desire to create larger MDF clock designs. I sell my designs and that is how I became known as The Clock Lady because people attending events asked for me by this name.

More recently I've started to dip my toe into altered art and MDF projects and started running workshops near where I live in Swanley, Kent. One of my workshops included the "Tarmac Technique" which has gained considerable interest so much so that I'm venturing off around the country holding a couple more workshops this year. I'd prefer to be known as "The Clock Lady" rather than the "Tarmac Lady" though! Lol

I live with my husband and grown up daughter who support my craft work whole heartedly and a very naughty Beagle, Frasier, who does everything in his power to cause mischief and mayhem! I’m very fortunate to be able to do something I absolutely love full time and have a wonderful support network of crafty friends whose talents I admire greatly. I’ve crafted all my life and always made cards and keepsake gifts for friends and family and I love experimenting with and exploring all the wonderful products and techniques that are now available.

Totally gorgeous work!

Here's a little 'hello' from Cathi....

I am so excited to be joining Visible Image! My name is Cathi O'Neill, and I am an American who married an Irishman and I have been living here in Ireland since 1997. I live in a beautiful village on the Shannon River with my DH of 18 years (wow, that makes me feel old!) and my two beautiful daughters, Aine (onya) 10 and Aisling (ashling) 9 who are the subject of many of my projects!!

I have always loved crafting since I was a little girl. My grandmother taught me to knit and crochet and I remember sewing Barbie doll clothes with her on her front porch! I am a knitter and quilter as well, but have recently in the last two years found cardmaking and scrapbooking, and an obsession was born!! I truly love creating and make vintage cards to sell here in our local village cafe as well as stacks of mixed media and shabby/vintage style layouts of my girls to keep and share with family! I also love to do tags, ATC and altered projects, barely a day goes by when I haven't done something crafty!!

I am currently on the design teams for several manufacturers: Couture Creations, Molossi Chipboard, Paper Wings Productions, Tresors de Luxe Etsy Lace Shop and Paper Temptress specialty cardstock store. I also design for challenge blogs Frosted Designs and Sugar Creek Hollow, and have guest designed for challenge blogs Keeping the Best and Scrap it with a Song, C'est Magnifique Kit Club, Scraps of Elegance Kit Club and Crop Stop online store. I truly enjoy the challenge and inspiration that scrapbooking and cardmaking bring me and I look forward to working with the GORGEOUS Visible Image Stamps.
